Abstract
<B>TRANSFERêNCIA PRIMáRIA PARA SERVIçO DE PACOTE DE DADOS DE ALTA VELOCIDADE EM ENLACE PARA FRENTE DE MODO SIMPLEX NOS SISTEMAS CDMA<D> Uma arquitetura de apoio permite transferência primária eficiente (isto é, transferência da designação de estação de base primária de uma estação de base para uma outra). Uma função de seleção/distribuição de quadros (FSD) enfileira os pacotes de dados de ligação de envio - aos quais números de seq³ência foram atribuídos - para transmissão no modo de pacote através do recurso de apoio apenas para uma estação de base - a estação de base primária atual -, onde os pacotes são outra vez enfileirados para transmissão aérea para a unidade móvel. Se e quando se tornar apropriado transferir a designação de estação de base primária para uma outra estação de base, ainda poderá haver pacotes de dados enfileirados na estação de base primária antiga esperando transmissão para a unidade móvel. A estação de base primária antiga envia uma mensagem para a estação de base primária nova indicando um número de seq³ência específico que identifica os pacotes restantes de dados de ligação de envio enfileirados na estação de base primária antiga. A estação de base primária nova envia, então, uma mensagem para a função FSD solicitando transmissão daqueles pacotes de dados de ligação de envio correspondentes ao número de seq³ência específico. A função FSD transmite, então, aqueles pacotes solicitados de dados de solicitação de envio para a estação de base primária nova, que enfileira os pacotes solicitados para a transmissão aérea para a unidade móvel. Desta forma, a transmissão de todos os dados de ligação de envio para a unidade móvel é possibilitada sem ter de transmitir os pacotes enfileirados restantes de dados de ligação de envio da estação de base primária antiga para a estação de base primária nova através do recurso de apoio, desta forma proporcionando um mecanismo eficiente para transferência primária em sistemas de comunicação sem fio que suportam transmissões de dados de ligação de envio apenas em um modo simplex.
