Abstract

Tripa de embutido comestible, procedimiento para su Preparación y aplicaciones. La tripa está fabricada a base de colágeno y lleva impreso en su superficie un dibujo gráfico a base de una o varias tintas comestibles. El procedimiento comprende confeccionar una plancha para huecograbado de un material fotosensible constituido por un tejido de carbono a base de gelatina, rellenar la cavidades de la plancha con la tinta comestible, disuelta o dispersa, en un disolvente en estado de alta fluidez y baja viscosidad, transferir la tinta de las cavidades a una lámina de caucho desde la cual se hace la impresión en el material constitutivo de la tripa; y secar la tripa impresa con aire caliente para evaporar el disolvente. Aplicación en el sector de las industrias cárnicas para la fabricación de embutidos.
