Abstract
Sistema para la mejora energética en un horno rotativo de fusión por oxicombustión para la fabricación de fundición de hierro, de los que utilizan una relación aproximadamente estequiométrica de gas combustible y oxígeno, que se caracteriza porque se dispone a la salida del horno de los gases de la oxicombustión, analizadores que cuantifican la presencia de CO, O{sub,2 y CO{sub,2 en dichos gases, de modo que si se da alguna de las siguientes condiciones de desfase: CO>10% ó O{sub,2 > 5% ó CO{sub,2 <70% y alrededor de los 550ºC, y a medida que aumente la temperatura, se ordena a unos reguladores de las fuentes de alimentación de] horno que aumenten progresivamente el caudal de oxígeno (QO{sub,2 ) mientras se de alguna de las condiciones de desfase, no debiendo ser el caudal de (QO{sub,2 ) superior a cinco veces el caudal de gas de combustión (Qgas): QO{sub,2 /Qgas<5. De aplicación en la fabricación de fundición de hierro.
