Abstract

Mejoras en el procedimiento de obtención de BETA-D-galactopiranosil-xilosas utilizables para la evaluación diagnostica de la lactasa intestinal. Procedimiento enzimático de obtención de BETA-D-galactopiranosil-xilosas utilizables para la evaluación diagnostica de la lactasa intestinal, caracterizado porque dicho procedimiento comprende: a) reacción de xilosa y un sustrato BETA-D-galactopiranósido en presencia de una enzima BETA-glicosidasa, siendo la concentración de xilosa de 2 a 20 veces superior a la del BETA-D-galactopiranósido, en un medio acuoso tamponado a pH comprendido entre 5,0 y 9,0 y a una temperatura comprendida entre 4 y 37ºC. b) desactivación de la enzima BETA-glicosidasa cuando se alcanza el máximo rendimiento de formación de disacáridos detectado mediante cromatografía en capa fina, c) aislamiento de los disacáridos formados mediante filtración en columnas de relleno, utilizándose como eluyente agua o mezclas agua/alcohol.
