Abstract

Olla a presión para la cocción de productos alimenticios. La olla a presión incluye un recipiente (1) para el producto a cocer, una tapa (2) y una junta anular (3), así un órgano de cierre (4), de manera tal que la tapa (2) puede ser acoplada herméticamente a presión sobre el recipiente (1), mediante un movimiento relativo de giro de dicha tapa (2) respecto del recipiente (1), alrededor de un eje central común (5). La olla incluye medios que, con el giro del órgano de cierre (4) desde una segunda posición de giro, que corresponde a la de cierre, a una primera posición de giro, que corresponde a la de apertura, acoplan de manera independizable la tapa (2) con el órgano de cierre (4).
