COMPRENDE UNA CONEXION DE SINCRONIZACION (LS) QUE CONECTA ENTRE SI TODOS LOS LIMITADORES (LM1, ... LMI) DE TODAS LAS ALIMENTACIONES (P1, P2, ..., PI). SEGUN UN MODO DE REALIZACION, CADA LIMITADOR COMPRENDE UN GENERADOR QUE EMITE UNA SEÑAL DE SINCRONIZACION SOBRE LA CONEXION DE SINCRONIZACION (LS), PERIODICA E INEPENDIENTEMENTE PARA CADA LIMITADOR.
