PARA LA SEPARACION TERMICA DE LOS DIFERENTES COMPONENTES VOLATILES DE UN LIQUIDO POR CALENTAMIENTO HASTA LA EVAPORACION DE LOS COMPONENTES MAS VOLATILES, SALIDA DEL VAPOR FORMADO Y CONDENSACION PARA DAR UN CONDENSADO, EL VAPOR SE DEPOSITA EN CONTACTO CON EL CONDENSADO Y CON SUPERFICIES ENFRIADAS POR EL LIQUIDO. ENTONCES UNA CANTIDAD PARCIAL DEL LIQUIDO SE DISTRIBUYE POR LA SUPERFICIE QUE TOMA ESTA CANTIDAD PARCIAL Y SE CALIENTA POR ENERGIA SOLAR QUE EVAPORA LOS COMPONENTES MAS VOLATILES DEL LIQUIDO.
