Abstract
Procedimiento para reparar un compuesto farmacéuticamente activo, especialmente granisetrón, que comprende hacer reaccionar ácido 1-metilindazol-3-carboxílico o un derivado reactivo del mismo o una de sus sales con un derivado activo de una amida de la estructura (3) o una de sus sales, en que R es un grupo alquilo, aralquilo, arilo o heteroarilo opcionalmente sustituido, seguido, si es necesario, de la descomposición de la bis-amida formada.
