Procedimiento para la recuperación de cobre a partir de materiales metálicos oxidados mediante una lixiviación con una disolución de carbonato de amonio, que da lugar a la formación de los complejos amoniacales de cobre (II) y separación de este metal de la disolución de lixiviación obtenida mediante cementación (con hierro o cinc), extracción con disolventes (con agentes de extracción de tipo ácido y/o formadores de compuestos tipo quelato) o mediante una combinación de ambas operaciones, la disolución de lixiviación se regenera por la neutralización del ácido producido en la extracción del cobre con el amoníaco que se libera en el proceso de separación del metal.Procedure for the recovery of copper by leaching of oxidized metallic materials with ammonium carbonate solutions.
