Abstract
Process for the dearsenification of oxidised metallurgical materials in the copper industry by leaching with a sulphuric acid solution (mine drainage water, raffinate from solvent extraction and/or solution operations involving sulphuric acid) which makes it possible to dissolve arsenic-containing materials and separate this metal from the metal-bearing solution which is obtained by ion exchange (using resins of the ammonium type).
