LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN SUBSTRATO QUE CONTIENE ALUMINIO PARA RECUBRIMIENTO DE ESMALTE, CONTENIENDO AL MENOS SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE PREVISTA PARA UN RECUBRIMIENTO DE ESMALTE UNA CAPA SUPERFICIAL DE ALUMINIO O UNA ALEACION DE ALUMINIO Y SOBRE ESTA CAPA SUPERFICIAL UNA CAPA DE OXIDO, CON LO CUAL LA CAPA DE OXIDO REPRESENTA UNA CAPA DE BLOQUEO ISOTROPA DE UN ESPESOR DESDE 0,01 HASTA UNA MICRA CON UNA CONSTANTE DIELECTRICA ENTRE 5 Y 10. EN ESTA CAPA DE BLOQUEO PUEDE DEPOSITARSE UNA CAPA DE OXIDO POROSA DE UN ESPESOR DESDE 0,1 HASTA 10 MICRAS. SOBRE EL SUBSTRATO SE APLICA UNA CAPA DE ESMALTE, A MODO DE EJEMPLO DE UN ESPESOR DESDE 50 HASTA 200 MICRAS.
