Abstract

Método para la fabricación de material bloqueador UV que comprende las siguientes etapas: (A) disponer un tejido transpirable que comprende una red de fibras entrelazadas de manera holgada o hilos tejidos de manera holgada que definen unos intersticios entre ellos; (B) aplicar un recubrimiento húmedo secable al tejido; y (C) secar el recubrimiento sobre el tejido; caracterizado porque dichas fibras o hilos definen unos intersticios transmisores de la radiación UV, dicho recubrimiento se extiende biaxialmente sobre dichos intersticios, y el recubrimiento dispuesto en dichos intersticios contiene por lo menos una substancia bloqueadora de la radiación UV en una cantidad suficiente para proporcionar un elevado grado de protección contra la radiación UV que protege la piel humana contra los daños de la radiación UV.
