ESTE FACTOR, LLAMADO FACTOR DE CRECIMIENTO DERIVADO ESTRELLADO FOLICULAR (FSDGF) O FACTOR DE CRECIMIENTO ENDOTELIAL VASCULAR (VEGF), FUE PURIFICADO HASTA LA HOMOGENEIDAD MEDIANTE UNA COMBINACION DE COMATOGRAFIA DE EXCLUSION, LA CROMATOGRAFIA DE INTERCAMBIO DE IONES MONO S Y CROMATOGRAFIA HIDROFOBICA EN UNA COLUMNA HPLC DE FASE REVERSA C4.
