Abstract
SE DESCRIBE UN HORNO DE ARCO ELECTRICO DE CORRIENTE CONTINUA CON UN ELECTRODO CATODICO SOSTENIDO EN EL CENTRO DEL RECIPIENTE DE FUSION Y CON UNA DISPOSICION DE ELECTRODOS ANODICOS DEL FONDO EN LA ZONA DE UN RECIPIENTE INFERIOR CONDUCTOR ELECTRICAMENTE DESDE LA PARED DEL RECIPIENTE HACIA EL BAÑO, EN EL CUAL SE REALIZA LA ALIMENTACION Y SALIDA DE CORRIENTE POR MEDIO DE CONDUCTORES A UNA ALIMENTACION DE CORRIENTE-RECTIFICADOR MONTADO A CIERTA DISTANCIA CERCA DEL HORNO. EL RECIPIENTE INFERIOR ESTA UNIDO EN VARIOS CUADRANTES CON CABLES DE ACOMETIDA DE CORRIENTE, PARA LO CUAL ESTA PREVISTA EN LA ZONA DE CADA CUADRANTE UNA PLACA DE CONEXION EN LA PARED DEL HORNO. LAS ACOMETIDAS DE CORRIENTE ESTAN CONDUCIDAS CASI POR DEBAJO DEL HORNO DE ARCO EN UN PLANO HORIZONTAL A LA PARED DEL RECIPIENTE. LA INTENSIDAD DE CORRIENTE PARA LOS CUADRANTES DEL RECIPIENTE INFERIOR SITUADOS CONTIGUOS A LAS ALIMENTACIONES DE CORRIENTE AL RECTIFICADOR, ES MENOR QUE LA DE LAS ACOMETIDAS DE CORRIENTE A LOS RESTANTES CUADRANTES. LAS DISTANCIAS DE LAS PLACAS DE CONEXION PARA LAS ZONAS DE LOS CUADRANTES PUEDEN SER DESIGUALES.
