Abstract

Un método para obtener material sólido dispersable en medios acuosos a partir de uno o más aditivos de polímeros insolubles en agua y fundibles y, opcionalmente, uno o más aditivos de polímeros de puntos de fusión más elevados insolubles en agua, dicho método consiste en: a) calentar dichos aditivos a una temperatura suficiente para producir una fase en masa fundida, b) combinar la fase en masa fundida que se obtiene, a una temperatura suficiente para mantener una fase en masa fundida, con al menos un tensioactivo que tiene un valor del balance hidrofóbico-lipofóbico bajo de menos de 9, y al menos un tensioactivo que tiene un valor del balance hidrofóbico-lipofóbico elevado mayor de 9, estando la cantidad total de tensioactivos en el intervalo de 1 hasta 10% en peso, basado en el peso total del producto final, en el que dicha combinación se realiza bajo agitación suficiente para proporcionar una masa fundida mixta homogénea, y c) permitir a la mezcla que se obtiene de la etapa (b) enfriar de tal manera que se obtenga un material sólido dispersable en agua.
