ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO DISMINUYE DE FORMA APRECIABLE EL TIEMPO DE FERMENTACION CONTROLADA, DISMINUYE EL CONSUMO DE ENERGIA Y PERMITE UNA MAYOR RACIONALIZACION DEL DISEÑO Y OPERACION DEL SISTEMA FRIGORIFICO AL SERVICIO DE LA FERMENTACION.
