UN ORIFICIO DE DESAGUE (3) PARA LOS LIQUIDOS EMULSIFICADOS SE SITUA BAJO EL INTERCAMBIADOR DE CALOR EN FORMA DE TUBO. UN COMPRESOR (36) DIRIGE EL VAPOR DEL LADO DE EVAPORACION DEL INTERCAMBIADOR DE CALOR HASTA EL LADO DE CONDENSACION MIENTRAS LE OTORGA SIMULTANEAMENTE UNA CIERTA CANTIDAD DE ENERGIA. EL APARATO TRABAJA DE ACUERDO CON EL PRINCIPIO DE COMPLEXION DE VAPOR.
