LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO PARA DISOLVER UNA CANTIDAD DE GAS EN UNA CANTIDAD DE LIQUIDO CIRCULANTE, EN PARTICULAR PARA DISOLVER DIOXIDO DE CARBONO EN CERVEZA, EN CUYA CORRIENTE EL LIQUIDO Y GAS SON LLEVADOS DE FORMA CONJUNTA Y EL GAS DISPERSADO EN EL LIQUIDO, MEZCLADO CON EL Y PARTE DE EL DISUELTO. LA INVENCION ESTA DIRIGIDA AL INCREMENTO DE LA CANTIDAD ACTUAL DE GAS SOLUBLE EN UN LIQUIDO EN CONDICIONES DADAS CONTRA LOS PROCESOS DE TIPO PRECEDENTE.
