LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN METODO PARA LA FABRICACION DE PARTICULAS DE NITRATO DE AMONIO DE FLUJO LIBRE Y UN REVESTIMIENTO ANTIAGLUTINANTE. ANTES DEL SECADO FINAL Y ALMACENAMIENTO DE LAS PARTICULAS DE NITRATO DE AMONIO ESTAS SE REVISTEN A BASE DE PULVERIZAR UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE AL MENOS UNA SAL ORGANICA, FORMANDO HIDRATOS SALINOS CON AL MENOS UN AGUA DE CRISTALIZACION MOLECULAR. LAS PARTICULAS SE DESHIDRATAN HASTA QUE TENGAN UN CONTENIDO DE AGUA DE 3/4 A LA CANTIDAD MAXIMA DE AGUA DE CRISTALIZACION QUE PUEDEN ADMITIR DICHAS SALES INORGANICAS. SE PULVERIZA UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA, PREFERENTEMENTE DE NITRATO DE MAGNESIO Y/O CALCIO SOBRE LAS PARTICULAS DE NITRATO DE AMONIO EN UNA CANTIDAD CORRESPONDIENTE AL 0,1-3% EN PESO DE LAS PARTICULAS REVESTIDAS. CUANDO SE APLICA NITRATO DE MAGNESIO, LAS PARTICULAS DE NITRATO DE AMONIO SE DESHIDRATAN HASTA QUE TENGAN UN CONTENIDO DE AGUA DE 3/4 DEL CONTENIDO DE AGUA DE UN REVESTIMIENTO DE MG(NO3)2.6H2O CORRESPONDIENTE A UNA RELACION DE MOL DE H2O/MOL DE MG (MENOR O IGUAL) 6. LA INVENCION SE PUEDE APLICAR ESPECIALMENTE EN CRISTALES DE NITRATO DE AMONIO. EL REVESTIMIENTO ANTIAGLUTINANTE CONTIENE AL MENOS UNA SAL INORGANICA QUE TIENE AL MENOS UN MOL DE AGUA DE CRISTALIZACION, PREFERENTEMENTE NITRATO DE MAGNESIO QUE TIENE DE 2 A 6 MOLES DE AGUA DE CRISTALIZACION.
