PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA RECUPERACION DEL OVERSPRAY DE AGENTES DE REVESTIMIENTO ACUOSOS, EN EL PROCESO DE APLICACION DE PINTURA EN CABINAS DE PINTADO, POR EL QUE EL OVERSPRAY ES RECOGIDO EN UN LIQUIDO DE LAVADO ACUOSO, QUE ES CONTINUAMENTE CONDUCIDO DE NUEVO A UN CIRCUITO CERRADO (A) A LA CABINA DE PINTADO, POR EL QUE UNA PARTE DEL LIQUIDO CONTENIENDO EL OVERSPRAY, ES CONDUCIDA AL EXTERIOR DEL CIRCUITO (A) A UN CIRCUITO DE ULTRAFILTRADO (B), Y POR EL QUE EN EL CIRCUITO DE ULTRAFILTRADO (B) ES EXTRAIDO EL PERMEATO, Y COMO COMPLEMENTO DEL LIQUIDO DE LAVADO, ES RECONDUCIDO AL CIRCUITO (A), POR LO QUE SON APLICADOS AGENTES DE REVESTIMIENTO ACUOSOS DILUIDOS EN AGUA, EN LA UTILIZACION DEL LIQUIDO DE LAVADO EN LA CABINA DE PINTADO PARA EL PROCESO DE APLICACION DE PINTURA, COMO EL LIQUIDO QUE FLUYE EN EL CIRCUITO DE ULTRAFILTRADO (B), QUE EN LA CABINA DE PINTADO, PARA EL PROCESO DE APLICACION DE PINTURA, UTILIZA AGENTES DE REVESTIMIENTO ACUOSOS, EN TODO CASO EN FORMA DILUIDA EN AGUA, Y EL PROCEDIMIENTO ES REALIZADO DE FORMA CONTINUADA, POR LO QUE EL LIQUIDO DE LAVADO EN EL CIRCUITO (A) TIENE UN CONTENIDO EN CUERPOS SOLIDOS APROXIMADAMENTE CONSTANTE, QUE SE ENCUENTRA EN EL MARGEN ENTRE 4-20 % DE SU PESO, Y EL LIQUIDO QUE CIRCULA EN EL CIRCUITO DE ULTRAFILTRADO (B), POR MEDIO DE LA EXTRACCION DEL PERMEATO, ES MANTENIDO CON UN CONTENIDO DE CUERPOS SOLIDOS APROXIMADAMENTE CONSTANTE, EN EL MARGEN DEL 15 % DE SU PESO, HASTA EL CONTENIDO DE CUERPOS SOLIDOS QUE RESULTA DE LA VISCOSIDAD DE ROCIADO DEL AGENTE DE REVESTIMIENTO ACUOSO, SIENDO MAS ELEVADA QUE EL CONTENIDO DE CUERPOS SOLIDOS EN EL CIRCUITO (A), Y QUE UNA PARTE DEL LIQUIDO QUE FLUYE POR EL CIRCUITO DE ULTRAFILTRADO (B) COMO AGENTE DE REVESTIMIENTO ACUOSO, ES UTILIZADO PARA EL PROCESO DE APLICACION DE PINTURA EN LA CABINA DE PINTURA O PARA SU PREPARACION.
