LOS RECIPIENTES DE PLASTICO CON UNA RESISTENCIA EXCELENTE A LA PERMEACION DE SOLVENTES SE PREPARAN MEDIANTE UN TRATAMIENTO DE MULTIPLES ETAPAS Y CONTROLADO DE LOS RECIPIENTES DE PLASTICO CON GASES QUE CONTENGAN FLUOR AL TIEMPO QUE SE MOLDEAN POR SOPLADO. SEGUN EL PROCESO DE LA PRESENTE INVENCION, SE FORMA UNA MASA PASTOSA A PARTIR DE UN MATERIAL TERMOPLASTICO, SE EXTIENDE DENTRO DE UN MOLDE CERRADO MEDIANTE UN GAS DE INFLADO PARA QUE LA MASA PASTOSA TOME LA FORMA DEL MOLDE Y SE LE SOMETE A AL MENOS DOS PASOS DE TRATAMIENTO POR FLUORACION PARA FLUORAR LA SUPERFICIE INTERIOR DE LA MASA PASTOSA. EN EL PASO DE FLUORACION INICIAL, SE PRESURIZA LA MASA PASTOSA CON UN GAS REACTIVO QUE NO CONTENGA MAS DE UN 1% DE FLUOR EN VOLUMEN MIENTRAS LA MASA PASTOSA SE ENCUENTRA A UNA TEMPERATURA SUPERIOR A SU TEMPERATURA AUTOESTABLE Y DURANTE UN TIEMPO SUFICIENTE COMO PARA QUE SE PRODUZCA LA FLUORACION INICIAL DE LA SUPERFICIE INTERIOR DE LA MASA PASTOSA. A CONTINUACION SE PRESURIZA LA SUPERFICIE INTERIOR DELA MASA PASTOSA PRE-FLUORADA CON UN GAS REACTIVO QUE CONTENGA FLUOR EN UNA CONCENTRACION SUPERIOR A LA UTILIZADA EN EL PASO DE FLUORACION INICIAL. PREFERENTEMENTE, EL CONTAMINANTE DE OXIGENO MOLECULAR PRESENTE EN LA MASA PASTOSA SE ELIMINA O MINIMIZA ANTES O DURANTE LA FLUORACION.
