Claims (30)
1. Контейнер, содержащий:
микропористый вспененный полимер; и
нереакционноспособный газ внутри ячеек микропористой пены;
причем контейнер имеет серебристый внешний вид.
2. Контейнер по п.1, в котором полимер включает один или более из следующего набора: полиэфир, полипропилен, эфир акрилонитрильной кислоты, винилхлорид, полиолефин, полиамид, или их производные, или сополимеры.
3. Контейнер по п.1, в котором полимер содержит полиэтилентерефталат,
4. Контейнер по п.1, в котором нереакционноспособный газ содержит один или несколько таких газов, как двуокись углерода, азот или аргон.
5. Контейнер по п.1, в котором нереакционноспособный газ содержит азот.
6. Контейнер по п.1, в котором нереакционноспособный газ содержит азот в концентрации по меньшей мере 10 вес.%.
7. Контейнер по п.1, в котором цвет контейнера по Цветовому Справочнику Pantone «Color Formula Guide» имеет значения 420, 421, 422, 423, 424, 425, 877, 8001, 8400, или 8420.
8. Контейнер по п.1, в котором цвет контейнера по Цветовому Справочнику Pantone «Color Formula Guide» имеет значение 420, 421, 422, 423, 424 или 425.

микропористый вспененный полимер, содержащий один или более из следующего: полиэфир, полипропилен, эфир акрилонитрильной кислоты, винилхлорид, полиолефин, полиамид или их производные или сополимеры;
и нереакционноспособный газ, содержащий один или более из набора таких газов, как двуокись углерода, азота или аргона;
причем цвет контейнера близок цвету соответствующих номерам 420, 421, 422, 423, 424, 425, 877, 8001, 8400 или 8420 по Цветовому Справочнику Panton “Color Formula Guide”.
11. Контейнер по п.10, в котором полимер включает полиэтилентерефталат.
12. Контейнер по п.10, в котором нереакционноспособный газ содержит азот.
13. Контейнер по п.10, цвет которого близок цвету по номеру 420, 421, 422, 423, 424, 425 или 877 по Цветовому Справочнику Pantone «Color Formula Guide».
14. Контейнер, содержащий:
микропористый вспененный полиэтилентерефталат и нереакционноспособный газ, содержащий азот, находящийся внутри ячеек микропористой пены;
причем цвет контейнера близок номеру 877 по Цветовому Справочнику Pantone «Color Formula Guide».
15. Способ изготовления контейнера, содержащий следующие стадии:
инжекционное формование полимерной преформы, внутри стенок которой заключен нереакционно-способный газ,
охлаждение преформы до температуры ниже температуры размягчения полимера,
повторное нагревание преформы до температуры выше температуры размягчения полимера, и
выдувное формование преформы для изготовления контейнера, по существу состоящего из микропористого вспененного полимера, содержащего нереакционноспособный газ, заключенный внутри ячеек микропористой пены;
при этом контейнер имеет серебристый внешний вид.
16. Способ изготовления контейнера по п.15, в котором полимер содержит одно или более из следующих соединений: полиэфир, полипропилен, эфир акрилонитрильной кислоты, винилхлорид, полиолефин, полиамид или их производные или сополимеры.
17. Способ изготовления контейнера по п.15, в котором полимер содержит полиэтилентерефталат.
18. Способ изготовления контейнера по п.15, в котором нереакционноспособный газ включает один или более таких газов, как двуокись углерода, азот или аргон.
19. Способ изготовления контейнера по п.15, в котором нереакционноспособный газ включает азот.
20. Способ изготовления контейнера по п.15, в котором нереакционноспособный газ содержит азот в концентрации минимум 10 мас.%.
21. Способ изготовления контейнера по п.15, в котором цвет контейнера по Цветовому Справочнику Pantone «Color Formula Guide» близок к цвету по номерам 420, 421, 422, 423, 424, 425, 877, 8001, 8400 или 8420.
22. Способ изготовления контейнера, содержащий стадии:
инжекционное формование преформы, содержащей один или более из ряда: полиэфир, полипропилен, эфир акрилонитрильной кислоты, винилхлорид, полиолефин, полиамид, их производные или сополимеры,
при этом заготовка имеет нереакционноспособный газ, включающий один или более из таких газов, как двуокись углерода, азот или аргон, заключенный внутри стенок заготовки;
охлаждение преформы до температуры ниже приблизительно 70°С,
повторное нагревание преформы до температуры выше приблизительно 70°С, и
выдувное формование преформы для содержащего микропористый вспененный полимер, содержащий нереакционно-способный газ, заключенный внутри пор микропористой пены,
при котором контейнер имеет серебристый внешний вид.
23. Способ изготовления контейнера по п.22, в котором полимер содержит полиэтилентерефталат.
24. Способ изготовления контейнера по п.22, в котором нереакционноспособный газ содержит азот.
25. Способ изготовления контейнера по п.22, в котором нереакционноспособный газ содержит азот в концентрации минимум 10 вес.%.
26. Способ изготовления контейнера по п.22, в котором цвет контейнера по Цветовому Справочнику Pantone «Color Formula Guide» близок номеру 420, 421, 422, 423, 424, 425 или 877.
27. Способ изготовления микропористой преформы, содержащий следующие стадии:
инжекционное формование микропористой полимерной преформы, внутри стенок которой заключен нереакционно-способный газ,
охлаждение заготовки до температуры ниже температуры размягчения полимера; и повторный нагрев заготовки до температуры выше температуры стеклования полимера и ниже значения температуры, при котором растущее давление газа микропористых пузырей превышает сопротивляемость материала и пузырьки микропор расширяются, приводя к деформированию заготовки.
28. Контейнер, изготовленный из преформы, изготовленной способом по п.27, включающим следующие стадии:
инжекционное формование нагретой преформы для изготовления контейнера, состоящего в основном из микропористого вспененного полимера, содержащего нереакционноспособный газ внутри ячеек микропористой пены;
причем контейнер имеет серебристый внешний вид.
29. Контейнер, изготовленный по п.28, изоляционные свойства которого пропорциональны процентному содержанию микропористой пены в преформе.
30. Пластиковый контейнер, имеющий вспененную структуру, изоляционные свойства которого пропорциональны пене в преформе, из которой изготовлен контейнер.
