LOS COMPONENTES DEL MEDIO DE CULTIVO SE MEZCLAN ANTES DE SER ESTERILIZADOS Y EL FLUJO ASI OBTENIDO DEL MEDIO SE SUMINISTRA A UN MODULO DE FILTRACION DE FLUJO TRANSVERSAL EN EL QUE EL FLUJO DEL MEDIO SE SUBDIVIDE EN UN PERMEADO Y UN RETENTADO.
