SE PROPORCIONA UN METODO PARA ANALIZAR Y SEPARAR LAS TRES POBLACIONES MAS IMPORTANTES DE UN HISTOGRAMA COMPUESTO DE CELULAS SANGUINEAS BLANCAS MEDIANTE LA IDENTIFICACION DE UN VALOR MODAL PARA LAS CONCENTRACIONES DE LINFOCITO (LINF) Y GRANULOCITO (GRAN) SOBRE RESPECTIVAS ESCALAS PRIMERAS PREVIAMENTE DETERMINADAS EN EL HISTOGRAMA. TAMBIEN SE DETERMINAN UMBRALES AL 60% DESDE TALES VALORES MAXIMOS, SE CALCULAN LAS AREAS LINF Y GRAN PARA PROPORCIONAR CURVAS DE LINF Y GRAN. ESTAS CURVAS SE DEDUCEN DESPUES DEL HISTOGRAMA RESULTANTE EN UNA CURVA DE POBLACION MEDIA, CUYO VALOR MAXIMO SE DETERMINA, Y DESDE EL CUAL SE DERIVAN A DERECHA E IZQUIERDA UMBRALES BASADOS EN EL VALOR MAXIMO DE POBLACION MEDIA. LOS UMBRALES A DERECHA E IZQUIERDA SE APLICAN DESPUES AL HISTOGRAMA, Y LAS AREAS A LA IZQUIERDA, ENTRE, Y A LA DERECHA DE LOS UMBRALES, SE INTEGRAN, CON OBJETO DE ESTABLECER LAS AREAS DE LINFOCITO, MONOCITO Y GRAN DEL HISTOGRAMA.
