UTILIZANDO PLASTICOS ESTABLES A ELEVADAS TEMPERATURAS, TALES COMO PC (POLICARBONATOS) PARA EL NUCLEO DE LA TARJETA (3) Y LAS LAMINAS DE CUBIERTA (1) SE ASEGURA LA ESTABILIDAD AUN EN CONDICIONES MUY EXTREMAS. MEDIANTE UNAS LAMINAS INTERMEDIAS (2) DE UN ELASTOMERO TERMOPLASTICO, TAL COMO TPV (POLIURETANO TERMOPLASTICO) SE REDUCE AL MINIMO EL PELIGRO DE FRACTURA DE LA TARJETA, PUESTO QUE ESTOS ESTRATOS ABSORBEN LAS FUERZAS DE TENSION Y DE CIZALLA, GARANTIZANDO LA FLEXIBILIDAD DE LA TARJETA.
