LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO MEJORADO PARA LA ELABORACION DE MONOHIDRATO DE PERBORATO SODICO MEDIANTE DESHIDRATACION DE TETRAHIDRATO DE PERBORATO DE SODIO EN UN LECHO TURBILLONARIO CON AIRE CALENTADO. DE ACUERDO CON LA INVENCION SE DISPONEN DENTRO DEL LECHO TURBILLONARIO SUPERFICIES DE CONTACTO, CUYA SUPERFICIE COMPLETA ES DESDE 1 HASTA 500 VECES LA SUPERFICIE DEL FONDO DE CORRIENTE DEL LECHO TURBILLONARIO. DE FORMA REGULAR SE CONFIGURAN LAS SUPERFICIES DE CONTACTO COMO INTERCAMBIADOR DE CALOR, CUYA TEMPERATURA SUPERFICIAL SE AJUSTA DESDE 90 HASTA 110 BORATO DE SODIO CON RESISTENCIA A LA ABRASION ESPECIALMENTE ALTA; SIENDO AL MISMO TIEMPO LA ENERGIA NECESARIA INFERIOR QUE EN LOS PROCESOS CONOCIDOS PREVIAMENTE.
