EL SISTEMA INCLUYE UN CONTROL PROPORCIONAL (P), INTEGRAL (I) Y DERIVATIVO (D) PARA GENERAR UNA SEÑAL DE CONTROL BASADA EN LA MAGNITUD Y EN EL SIGNO DE LA SEÑAL DE ERROR. LA SEÑAL DE CONTROL ES UTILIZADA PARA CONTROLAR EL TIEMPO DE ENCENDIDO DE UNA VALVULA DE RELLENO QUE AÑADE TINTA DE RELLENO AL SISTEMA A MEDIDA QUE ESTA SE PRECISA PARA MANTENER UN FUNCIONAMIENTO SATISFACTORIO.
