LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A DIAFRAGMAS QUE CONTIENEN FIBRAS DE AMIANTO PARA CELULAS ELECTROLITICAS, A LA ASOCICACION DE TALES DIAFRAGMAS A UN ELEMENTO CATODICO Y A UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE TALES DIAFRAGMAS Y DE ASOCIACION DE LOS MISMOS A UN ELEMENTO CATODICO, POR VIA HUMEDA. PRESENTA MAS PARTICULARMENTE UN DIAFRAGMA MICROPOROSO SUSCEPTIBLE DE FORMARSE IN SITU POR VIA HUMEDA, QUE CONTIENE UN ESTRATO FIBROSO, A BASE DE AMIANTO, CUYAS FIBRAS ESTAN MICROCONSOLIDADAS POR UN POLIMERO FLUORADO, ESTANDO CALCINADO EL CONJUNTO, CONTENIENDO DICHO ESTRATO ESENCIALMENTE DE 3-35 % EN PESO DE POLIMERO FLUORADO, LIGANTE DE LAS FIBRAS, DE 1-50 % EN PESO DE UN GEL DE OXOHIDROXIDO DE POR LO MENOS UN METAL DE LOS GRUPOS IVA, IVB, VB Y VIB DE LA CLASIFICACION PERIODICA O DE LAS SERIES DE LOS LANTANIDOS Y DE LOS ACTINIDOS, DE 20-95 % EN PESO DE FIBRAS, REPRESENTANDO LAS FIBRAS DE AMIANTO POR LO MENOS 1 % EN PESO DE DICHAS FIBRAS, Y SU EVENTUAL ASOCIACION A UN ESTRATO PRECATODICO.
