Abstract

Process which comprises the stages of: a) preparing a sauce, over a low heat, based on ground tomato, ground onion, vegetable oil, salt, ground garlic, paprika (pepper), sugar, ground black pepper and chopped condiments, until a medium-thick sauce is obtained b) mixing the sauce with rice c) working up the mixture until all the sauce has been absorbed by the rice, adding colours and dehydrated meat and/or seafood and fish and vegetables and d) vacuum-packing the resulting product and then freezing it with the addition of vegetables in the natural state, refried meats and/or refried molluscs and fresh crustaceans.
