DURANTE UNA PRIMERA ETAPA, LAS SEÑALES DE TENSION VIDEO (I,Q) QUE SALEN DE UN DETECTOR DE FASE (DP) DEL RECEPTOR DEL RADAR (RE) SE MIDEN EN INSTANTES SIGNIFICATIVOS EN LOS QUE DICHAS SEÑALES PUEDEN SUFRIR FLUCTUACIONES, SIENDO DICHAS SEÑALES EMITIDAS POR UNA SEÑAL REFLEJADA POR UN BLANCO FIJO (CF) Y RECIBIDA POR EL RADAR. DURANTE UNA SEGUNDA ETAPA, SE SUPERPONE UNA SEÑAL SUPLEMENTARIA (SS) DE FASE Y DE AMPLITUD PREDETERMINADAS A LA SEÑAL RECIBIDA (SR) EN EL RECEPTOR (RE) CON EL FIN DE ANULAR LAS PARTES ESTABLES DE LAS SEÑALES DE TENSION (I,Q), Y DE MEDIR LAS FLUCTUACIONES DE LAS SEÑALES DE TENSION ASI OBTENIDAS EN DICHOS INSTANTES SIGNIFICATIVOS.
