Abstract
SISTEMA QUE TIENE UNA ESTACION DE RECUBRIMIENTO DOTADA DE UN DISPOSITIVO DISTRIBUIDOR Y UNA CABEZA DE RECOGIDA DE FLUIDO, SIENDO UTILIZABLE DICHO SISTEMA PARA RECUBRIR CON REAGENTES SOPORTES POROSOS A UTILIZAR EN DISPOSITIVOS DE DIAGNOSIS. UNA TAPA QUE TIENE UNA ABERTURA Y EL SOPORTE POROSO FIJADO POR DEBAJO CUBRIENDO LA ABERTURA, ES POSICIONADO EN LA ESTACION DE RECUBRIMIENTO ENTRE EL DISPOSITIVO DISTRIBUIDOR Y LA CABEZA DE RECOGIDA DE FLUIDO. EL REAGENTE ES DISTRIBUIDO DESDE UNA CANULA DEL DISPOSITIVO DISTRIBUIDOR A UNA PARTE DEL SOPORTE POROSO EXPUESTO A TRAVES DE LA ABERTURA DE LA TAPA. UNA REDUCIDA PRESION EN LA CABEZA DE RECOGIDA DE FLUIDO EMPUJA AL FLUIDO A TRAVES DEL SOPORTE POROSO. EL SISTEMA ESTA AUTOMATIZADO PARA PROPORCIONAR UN CANAL DE GUIA QUE MANTIENE A UNA PLURALIDAD DE TAPAS EN UNA ORIENTACION CORRECTA Y UN DEPOSITO PARA UN APILAMIENTO DE TAPAS. UN BRAZO DE INDIZACION SUMINISTRA LA TAPA MAS INFERIOR EN EL APILAMIENTO AL CANAL DE GUIA Y EMPUJA A LAS TAPAS QUE ESTAN EN ELCANAL A LO LARGO DEL MISMO. EL SISTEMA INCLUYE UN ELEMENTO RECIPROCADOR PARA LLEVAR EL DISPOSITIVO DE DISTRIBUCION Y LA CABEZA DE RECOGIDA DE FLUIDO HACIA LA TAPA PARA REALIZAR DE OPERACION DE RECUBRIMIENTO Y FUERA DE LA MISMA DESPUES. EL DISPOSITIVO DISTRIBUIDOR INCLUYE UNA PLANTILLA PARA RECUBRIR EL REAGENTE CON UN PATRON DISTINTO. EL SISTEMA PUEDE INCLUIR UNA PLURALIDAD DE ESTACIONES DE RECUBRIMIENTO PARA PERMITIR QUE SE REALICE EL RECUBRIMIENTO CON UNA PLURALIDAD DE REAGENTES.
