PROCESO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE ACIDO S-(+)-2-(3-BENZOILFENII, PROPIONICO POR HIDROLISIS ENANTIOSELECTIVA CATALIZADA ENZIMATICAMENTE. UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DEL ACIDO S-(+)-2-(3-BENZOILFENIL) PROPIONICO (I) POR HIDROLISIS ESTEREOSELECTIVA DEL ENANTIOMERO R DE UN ESTER RACEMICO DEL ACIDO 2-(3-BENZOILFENIL) PROPIONICO, CATALIZADA POR UNA LIPASA. LA HIDROLISIS SE REALIZA EN UNA MEZCLA DE DOS DISOLVENTES ORGANICOS, UNO MAYORITARIO INMISCIBLE EN AGUA Y OTRO (EN PROPORCION DEL 5 AL 25% V/V) QUE ES TOTAL O PARCIALMENTE MISCIBLE EN AGUA, EL CUAL PERMITE SOLUBILIZAR UNA CIERTA CANTIDAD DE AGUA, NO SUPERIOR AL 5% (V/V).
