LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN SENSOR ELECTROQUIMICO PARA MEDIR CORROSION DE EQUIPO METALICO, CONSTITUIDO POR UN MODELO SOLDADO Y TENSADO, PREFERIBLEMENTE QUE TIENE FORMA ANULAR, HECHO DEL MISMO MATERIAL QUE EL DE LA PIEZA DEL EQUIPO CUYA CORROSION SE MIDE. EL MODELO SE CONECTA A UN ELECTRODO TUBULAR DE CUALQUIER AREA DE SECCION CRUZADA, DENTRO DEL CUAL HAY OTROS DOS ELECTRODOS AISLADOS ELECTRICAMENTE UNO DE OTRO, PROLONGANDOSE PARCIALMENTE DICHOS ELECTRODOS DENTRO DE LA PIEZA DEL EQUIPO QUE SE INSPECCIONA, Y PARCIALMENTE A LA SALIDA PARA LAS CONEXIONES ELECTRICAS. EL ELECTRODO TUBULAR ES DEL MISMO MATERIAL QUE EL MODELO, Y SE PUEDE AISLAR, EN CORRESPONDENCIA CON SU CARA EXTERIOR, DESDE EL PUNTO DE VISTA QUIMICO, DEL ENTORNO QUE LE RODEA.
