SE PROPORCIONA ASIMISMO UN DISPOSITIVO PARA LLEVAR A CABO EL METODO QUE CONSTA DE ZONAS PLANAS (3A,3B) PARA CONTENER LA LAMINA DE MASA Y DE ZONAS QUE SE ELEVAN (4A,4B) QUE HACEN QUE SE FORME LA PARTE VESICULAR DE LA MASA EN DICHA ZONA DURANTE LA FRITURA.
