MEDIANTE REAISLAMIENTO DEL ADN PLASMIDO Y CORTE CON BAMHL SE OBTIENE UN FRAGMENTO 5,5 KB SOLO EL QUE ESTA LOCALIZADO EL GEN COLORANTE. ESTE ES ADECUADO COMO MARCADOR ESPECIALMENTE COMO MARCADOR DE INACTIVACION EN ESTREPTOMICETOS.
