Abstract
An improved gas wall boiler with strengthened insulation for the production of domestic hot water and heating for domestic use, in which a regenerative compressor with a toroidal chamber draws in combustion air from outside through a first duct and expels the combustion gases to the outside through another duct that is preferably arranged coaxially inside the said first duct. The invention finds application in gas boilers for domestic use.The boiler comprises inter alia a burner fed with combustion air via a duct for the intake of external air. A heat exchanger and a hood convey the flue gas away from the boiler. The combustion air is drawn by a compressor of toroidal-chamber regenerative type from the outside of the room in which the boiler is installed through a first pipe connected to the air intake duct. The compressor then expels the flue gases to the outside of the installation room by forcing them through a second pipe connected to the hood and preferably positioned coaxially to and inside the first pipe. The combustion air is drawn from the actual room in which the boiler is installed, by a compressor of toroidal-chamber regenerative type which expels the flue gases by forcing them through a pipe connected to the hood and opening external to the room in which the boiler is installed.
