Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE REGENERACION DISCONTINUO DE ARENA VIEJA DE FUNCION FIJADA PREDOMINANTEMENTE A ARCILLA PARA SU RECUPERACION. LAS PARTICULAS EN FORMA DE POLVO, QUE SE DESPRENDEN DE LOS GRANOS DE ARENA COMO CONSECUENCIA DEL EFECTO DE ROZAMIENTO, SE ASPIRAN NEUMATICAMENTE DURANTE EL TRATAMIENTO. CON ELLO SE PRODUCE UNA DISMINUCION EN PESO DE LA CARGA QUE SE COMPENSA EN PESO O EN VOLUMEN MEDIANTE LA ADICION DE UNA DETERMINADA CANTIDAD DE ARENA. MEDIANTE ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO DEBE CONSEGUIRSE QUE EL EFECTO DE ROZAMIENTO Y, POR CONSIGUIENTE, EL DESPRENDIMIENTO DE LAS ENVUELTAS DE LOS GRANOS DE ARENA SE MANTENGA CONSTANTE DURANTE TODO EL TRATAMIENTO DE LA CARGA.
