Abstract

Portaescobillas para motores eléctricos pequeños, caracterizado por comprender un muelle de lámina de material conductor de la corriente, apto para ser fijado en voladizo en un soporte fijo y cuyo extremo libre presenta una parte aplanada que termina con un labio replegado en escuadra y un contenedor escatular, que tiene sección transversal de forma poligonal, está abierto en correspondencia con una de sus bases, para recibir la escobilla de carbón, y presenta, en correspondencia con una de sus aristas opuestas a la base abierta, una fisura por la que se introduce en el contenedor el extremo libre de la lámina elástica, de modo que, al insertarse a continuación la escobilla de carbón en el contenedor, la base interna de la escobilla establezca contacto con la parte terminal, aplanada, de la lámina y una de las caras laterales de la escobilla entre en contacto con el labio plegado en escuadra de la lámina, asegurando así tanto el contacto eléctrico entro la escobilla y la lámina como el engarce forzado de la escobilla en el contenedor.
