Abstract

A three- or four-way plug cock has a body (1) with one wide opening for the male thread of the branch (7) of the inlet (17). The threads for the outlets (15,19,21) are provided in the body. The seal rings (9) for the ball plug (11) are preferably made of PTFE. The ball is inserted through the wide opening and is turned into a position perpendicular to the plane of the inlet and outlets to join it to the control shaft via the seat (31).
