UN METODO PARA FABRICAR JAULAS DE JUNTA HOMOCINETICA, ENTRAÑANDO UN MINIMO DE DESPERDICIO, RECHAZO, TRABAJOS DE REPASO, TIEMPO DE PRODUCCION Y GESTO DE PRODUCCION. UNA CHAPA METALICA PLANA SE TROQUELA EN PRENSA O SE RECORTA MEDIANTE LASER, PARA OBTENER UN ELEMENTO DE FORMA CIRCULAR, CON BRAZOS MULTIPLES QUE TIENEN UN ORIFICIO CIRCULAR CENTRAL EN EL MISMO Y UNOS BRAZOS RADIALES TRUNCADOS QUE SE EXTIENDEN DESDE ESE EXTREMO FORMANDO UN ANGULO PREDETERMINADO. EL ELEMENTO DE BRAZOS MULTIPLES SE PRENSA A CONTINUACION PARA DARLE UNA FORMA ESFERICA, FORMANDO EL ELEMENTO DE MEDIA JAULA. ESTE PROCESO SE REPITE PARA PRODUCIR UN SEGUNDO ELEMENTO DE MEDIA JAULA. LOS DOS ELEMENTOS DE MEDIA JAULA SE COLOCAN ENTONCES JUNTOS, CON SUS BRAZOS RADIALES ALINEADOS. LOS BRAZOS RADIALES ALINEADOS FORMAN UNAS PATAS QUE DEFINEN DE ESTA MANERA LAS VENTANAS DE LA JAULA. LOS ELEMENTOS DE MEDIA JAULA SE GIRAN ENTONCES EL UNO RESPECTO AL OTRO, MIENTRAS QUE EL ANGULO DE CADA BRAZO RADIAL ACTUA COMO UNA RAMPA QUE DA LUGARA QUE LA ANCHURA DE LA VENTANA SE ALARGUE O ACORTE, RESPONDIENDO AL GIRO EN UN DETERMINADO SENTIDO. DE ESTA MANERA LA ANCHURA DE LA VENTANA SE PUEDE AJUSTAR CON PRECISION SEGUN ESPECIFICACION. UNA VEZ QUE SE HAYA AJUSTADO LA ANCHURA DE LA VENTANA, LOS BRAZOS RADIALES SE SUELDAN ENTRE SI FORMANDO UNA JAULA DE JUNTA HOMOCINETICA QUE SOLAMENTE NECESITARA SOMETERSE A TRATAMIENTO TERMICO, Y A UN MINIMO DE RECTIFICADO Y PULIDO. NO ES NECESARIO SOMETER LAS VENTANAS A NINGUN PROCESO ULTERIOR.
