Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PREPARAR SULFATO DE ZIRCONIO TETRAHIDRATADO QUE COMPRENDE LIXIVIAR UNA FUENTE DE ZIRCONIO CON ACIDO SULFURICO Y FORMAR UN SULFATO DE ZIRCONIO TETRAHIDRATADO MEDIANTE DILUCION DE LA LECHADA OBTENIDA POR LIXIVIACION. EL PROCEDIMIENTO PROPORCIONA ADEMAS LA RECONSTITUCION DEL ACIDO DILUIDO PARA PRODUCIR EL SULFATO DE ZIRCONIO TETRAHIDRATADO UNA VEZ QUE EL SULFATO DE ZIRCONIO TETRAHIDRATO HA SIDO CRISTALIZADO Y SEPARADO DEL ACIDO DILUIDO. EL ACIDO RECONSTITUIDO SE RECICLA ENTONCES A LA ETAPA DE LIXIVIACION. ESTE PROCESO PUEDE INCLUIR VARIAS TECNICAS DE PURIFICACION. EL PROCESO PERMITE LA PREPARACION DE SULFATO DE ZIRCONIO TETRAHIDRATADO CON REDUCCION AL MINIMO DE ACIDO SULFURICO RESIDUAL PRODUCIDO COMO SUBPRODUCTO.
