MEJORAS INTRODUCIDAS EN LA TOSTACION EN LECHO FLUIDIZADO DE MINERALES DE SULFURO QUE INCLUYEN PARTICULAS DE TAMAÑOS FINO, INTERMEDIO Y GRUESO, EN DONDE SE INCREMENTA LA PROPORCION DE MATERIAL DE TAMAÑO INTERMEDIO EN DICHO LECHO MEDIANTE AL MENOS UNA DE LAS OPERACIONES SIGUIENTES: A) SOMETIENDO EL MATERIAL DESCARGADO DEL LECHO A SEPARACION POR TAMAÑOS, PROPORCIONANDO ASI UNA FRACCION DE TAMAÑO INTERMEDIO Y RECICLANDO ESTA A DICHO LECHO; B) ACONDICIONANDO UNA PROPORCION DEL MATERIAL DE ALIMENTACION AL TOSTADOR EN UN MEZCLADOR PARA PRODUCIR MATERIAL DE TAMAÑO INTERMEDIO Y ALIMENTANDO ESTE AL TOSTADOR SIN SECADO NI SEPARACION POR TAMAÑOS; Y C) EN CASO DE QUE EL MATERIAL DESCARGADO DEL LECHO TENGA YA EL TAMAÑO INTERMEDIO DESEADO, RECICLANDO ESTE MATERIAL A DICHO LECHO SIN SOMETERLO A SEPARACION POR TAMAÑOS.
