METODO Y APARATO PARA PREPARAR UN COMPUESTO DE ALEACCION METALICA REFORZADA CON PARTICULAS DE UN MATERIAL NO METALICO, EN EL QUE LAS PARTICULAS SON MEZCLADAS EN UNA ALEACCION METALICA FUNDIDA PARA HUMEDECER EL METAL FUNDIDO A LAS PARTICULAS, Y LAS PARTICULAS Y EL METAL SON CIZALLADOS ENTRE SI PARA FAVORECER LA HUMECTACION DE LAS PARTICULAS POR EL METAL. LA MEZCLA SE PRODUCE MIENTRAS SE REDUCE AL MINIMO LA INTRODUCCION DEL GAS EN LA MEZCLA, ASI COMO LA RETENCION DEL GAS EN LA INTERFACE PARTICULA-LIQUIDO. LA MEZCLA SE REALIZA A UNA TEMPERATURA MAXIMA EN LA QUE LAS PARTICULAS NO SE DEGRADAN SUSTANCIAL Y QUIMICAMENTE EN EL METAL FUNDIDO DURANTE EL TIEMPO REQUERIDO PARA EL PROCESAMIENTO, Y LA COLADA SE HACE A UNA TEMPERATURA SUFICIENTEMENTE ALTA PARA QUE NO EXISTA NINGUN METAL SOLIDO PRESENTE EN EL CALDO. LA MEZCLA SE REALIZA PREFERIBLEMENTE CON UN IMPULSOR DISPERSANTE, O UN IMPULSOR DISPERSANTE UTILIZADO CON UN IMPULSOR DE BARRIDO. ESTOS COMPUESTOS SON UTILIZADOS COMO MATERIALES ESTRUCTURALES.
