PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE ACEITES QUE CONTIENEN BIFENILOS CLORADOS, EL CUAL ESTA DESTINADO A PERMITIR LA EVALUACION DEL CONTENIDO EN BIFENILOS CLORADOS (PCB) DE UN ACEITE SIN TENER QUE UTILIZAR UNA INSTALACION COSTOSA Y EN UN TIEMPO RELATIVAMENTE CORTO. LA INVENCION CONSISTE EN DESTRIR QUIMICAMENTE LOS PCB CONTENIDOS EN EL ACEITE, CON FORMACION DE IONES DE CLORO, EXTRAER ESTOS IONES DE CLORO, VALORARLOS POR MERCURIMETRIA PARA OBTENER EL CONTENIDO EN CLORO DEL ACEITE Y CALCULAR EL CONTENIDO EN PCB DEL ACEITE A PARTIR DE ESTE CONTENIDO EN CLORO DEL ACEITE Y DEL CONTENIDO EN CLORO DE LOS PCB CONTENIDOS EN ESTE ACEITE.
