Abstract
Compuerta deslizable, del tipo utilizado para controlar la abertura del vaciado inferior d e recipientes que contienen metal fundido mediante movimiento deslizante de las mismas, caracterizada porque presenta una abertura de tobera alineable con la abertura de vertido inferior, encontrándose la compuerta en acoplamiento sellador con el fondo del recipiente y constituida de material refractario resistente a la destrucción por el metal fundido, en la que un cuerpo de tobera, dotado de la resistencia a la erosión a elevadas temperaturas propias del óxido de zirconio, se sustenta en un cuerpo de compuerta por debajo de la superficie de deslizamiento de ésta última, en contacto con el fondo del recipiente y porque por lo menos una porción superior del cuerpo de la compuerta, por encima del cuerpo de la tobera, se forma de un material refractario de una resistencia y dureza de la alúmina en proporción elevada, que resiste los efectos del deslizamiento.
