Abstract

Un árbol de toma de fuerza de dos velocidades que está ranurado para que pueda ser acoplado con uno cualquiera de dos engranajes accionados separados axialmente en un árbol y concéntricos a éste, siendo la longitud de las ranuras con relación a la separación axial de dichos engranajes accionados tal que las ranuras no estén acopladas con ambos engranajes en una posición intermedia cuando el árbol es desplazado axialmente a partir de una posición en la cual las, ranuras están acopladas con uno cualquiera de los engranajes hasta una posición en la cual las ranuras están acopladas con el otro engranaje, y estando el árbol mantenido en cada una de dichas posiciones de acoplamiento sin que pueda desplazarse axialmente con relación a una parte fija gracias a una serie anular de bolas espaciadas circunferencialmente entre dos elementos que pueden desplazarse axialmente el uno respecto al otro, uno de los cuales está provisto de surcos alternos destinados a las bolas, estando las bolas mantenidas acopladas con uno de los surcos por un elemento de fijación que está presionado elásticamente en la dirección de sujeción de las bolas y que puede desplazarse en contra de la presión elástica para liberar las bolas y permitir el movimiento axial relativo de los componentes, para llevar el otro surco a la posición en la cual recibe las bolas,
