DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a container, in particular a cardboard container, made from an extended flat sheet, in particular of cardboard.

The configuration of said extended flat sheet based on its sections and folding lines or common edges between sections allows the formation of a container, composed of a container body and a lid. All embodiment examples of the present figures show an extended flat sheet, and therefore a container, symmetrical with respect to an axis of symmetry, said axis of symmetry being horizontal with respect to the orientation of Figures 1A - 4 and vertical with with respect to the orientation of Figures 5A -5B.

Figure 1A shows a plan view of an extended flat sheet (L) for forming a container according to a first embodiment.

As can be seen, the extended flat sheet (L) is symmetrical with respect to its main longitudinal direction.

Said extended flat sheet (L) comprises the sections corresponding to both the container body (CC) and the lid (5), which through assembly through bending and/or folding operations and, preferably, fixing stages by means of fixation, provides a configured container (C).

The extended flat sheet (L) has an internal face and an external face, corresponding to the internal and external faces of the container (C), the internal face of the container (C) being the one corresponding to the internal cavity and the external face of the container (C) the face opposite said internal face.

As shown in this figure 1A, the extended flat sheet (L) comprises a bottom (1), and two first auxiliary reinforcements (1.1), which in operational situation are located above said bottom (1), within of the internal cavity of the containing body (CC).

Said first two auxiliary reinforcements (1.1) are coupled to the bottom (1) by a common edge, each one located on an opposite side of the bottom (1) according to a main direction transverse to the main longitudinal direction.

Likewise, the bottom (1) is coupled to a front wall (2) and a rear wall (3), on both sides opposite and contrary to the sides where the first two auxiliary reinforcements (1.1) are located.

On the other hand, the front wall (2) comprises two first front reinforcements (2.1), located, in an analogous manner to the two first auxiliary reinforcements (1.1), each one on an opposite side of the front wall (2) according to the direction transverse principal to the longitudinal principal direction.

Each of said first two front reinforcements (2.1) is coupled to the front wall (2) through a common edge with it.

Additionally, the front wall (2) also comprises a second front reinforcement (2.3), which folds over the common edge by which it is coupled to the front wall (2) towards the interior cavity, thus remaining parallel to the wall. front (2) and acting as its structural reinforcement.

Finally, the front wall also comprises two symmetrical flaps (2.2), which in turn comprise a first portion (2.2.1) and a second portion (2.2.2).

In particular, the first portion (2.2.1) of each flap (2.2) is coupled, by means of a common edge, to the corresponding first front reinforcement (2.1) on each side.

In operational situation, the second portion (2.2.2) is folded over the first portion (2.2.1) around its common edge, through which they are coupled together, generating a flap (2.2) of double thickness.

As indicated, the rear wall (3) is also attached to the bottom (1), and two side walls (4) are also attached to said rear wall (3), on both sides of said rear wall (3). , being coplanar and consecutive to the first two auxiliary reinforcements (1.1).

In operational situation, each of the first two front reinforcements (2.1) overlaps the corresponding side wall (4), hugging said side walls (4) and covering them completely.

On the other hand, the sections corresponding to the lid (5) of the container (C) are found in the same extended flat sheet (L), joined through a common edge with the rear wall (3).

Thus, once the lid (5) is configured, it is positioned on the container body (CC) by rotating said lid (5) around the common edge with the rear wall (3).

In particular, the extended flat sheet (L) of Figure 1A shows a base (5.1) joined to the rear wall (3) through the common edge already mentioned.

On the sides of said base (5.1) there is, on one side and according to the main longitudinal direction, the rear wall, and on the opposite side according to said main longitudinal direction, a front face (5.3) of the cover (5) and This in turn, along the same main longitudinal direction, is a first cover reinforcement (5.5).

On both opposite and perpendicular sides, according to the main transverse direction to the main longitudinal direction, there are two lateral faces (5.2) of the cover (5).

Each of said lateral faces (5.2) in turn comprises a through hole (5.4) with an elliptical geometry, as well as then, and according to the main direction transverse to the main longitudinal direction, a seal (5.2.2) and a fixing element (5.2.3).

Additionally, the front face (5.3) comprises, according to the main transverse direction to the main longitudinal direction, a front retainer (5.3.1) on each side.

In operational situation, the base (5.1) of the cover (5) covers the internal cavity, while the side faces (5.2) are positioned on the side walls (4) and the first front reinforcements (2.1), so that the Holes (5.4) are located on the flaps (2.2) correspondingly and these in turn are aligned and in contact with the corresponding front retainers (5.3.1).

In this way, in an operational situation, each flap (2.2) is accessible from the hole (5.4), which allows pressing said flap (2.2) and releasing it from its contact with the front retainer (5.3.1), thus releasing the closed position. of the container (C).

Figure 1B shows a plan view of an extended flat sheet (L) for forming a container according to a second embodiment, common with the example shown in Figure 1A except that the first reinforcement (5.5) of the lid ( 5) also extends over each of the front retainers (5.3.1).

Figure 2 shows a plan view of an extended flat sheet (L) for forming a container according to a third embodiment, which includes many elements common to the previous examples.

However, in this case, the absence of the first reinforcement (5.5) of the lid (5) is observed, as well as an alternative configuration of the flaps (2.2).

In particular, each of the first (2.2.1) and second (2.2.2) portions of the flaps (2.2) are coupled to the corresponding first front reinforcement (2.1), so as to operational situation, both portions (2.2.1, 2.2.2) are located one after the other on their first corresponding front reinforcement (2.1).

In this way, in the closed position, each of the flaps (2.2) extends with a larger surface area over its corresponding first front reinforcement (2.1).

Figure 3A shows a plan view of an extended flat sheet (L) for forming a container according to a fourth embodiment, which includes many elements common to the previous examples.

In this particular case, square section holes (5.4) are observed, as well as a first reinforcement (5.5) of the perimeter cover (5), which extends after the front face (5.3) and each of the front retainers. (5.3.1).

Likewise, a sharp cut is observed in each of the side walls (4) and the first front reinforcements (2.1), which allows that, in an operational situation, the first auxiliary reinforcements (1.1) are superimposed on said side walls ( 4) and first front reinforcements (2.1), instead of being superimposed on the bottom (1).

Finally, the present particular embodiment comprises a flap configuration (2.2) of a single portion, that is, a first portion (2.2.1), which is configured by means of a die made on the corresponding first front reinforcement (2.1).

In operational situation, each of the flaps (2.2) is configured as an ear coupled to its corresponding first front reinforcement (2.1).

Figure 3B shows a plan view of an extended flat sheet (L) for forming a container according to a fifth embodiment, which comprises many common elements with the extended flat sheet (L) shown in Figure 3A.

In particular, an acute cut is also observed in each of the side walls (4) and the first front reinforcements (2.1), this cut being larger in the first front reinforcements (2.1) than in the case of the figure. 3A.

The sharp cut present in the side walls (4) extends, on one of its sides, in a direction perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of the extended flat sheet (L), while the sharp cut present in the first front reinforcements (2.1 ) extends on both sides forming an angle other than 90° with said axis of symmetry of the extended flat sheet (L).

Again, said sharp cuts allow the first auxiliary reinforcements (1.1) to be superimposed on the side walls (4) and the first front reinforcements (2.1) in the operational situation, instead of being superimposed on the bottom (1).

Figure 3C shows a plan view of an extended flat sheet (L) for forming a container according to a sixth embodiment, which comprises many common elements with the extended flat sheet (L) shown in Figure 3B.

In particular, a difference with the example embodiment shown in Figure 3B is that the extension according to the vertical direction of Figure 3C, that is, according to the direction perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of the extended flat sheet (L), of each one of the first auxiliary reinforcements (1.1) is smaller than the extension in the same direction of each corresponding side wall (4).

Figure 3D shows a plan view of an extended flat sheet (L) for forming a container according to a seventh embodiment, which comprises many common elements with the extended flat sheet (L) shown in Figure 3C.

In this case, the fundamental difference with the example embodiment of said figure 3C is the incorporation of a third flap (2.2) on the surface of the front wall (2), as well as an additional hole (5.4), also the third, on the front face (5.3) of the cover (5), coincident in operational situation with said flap (2.2) extended on the surface of the front wall (2).

Figure 4 shows a plan view of an extended flat sheet (L) for forming a container according to an eighth embodiment, which includes many elements common to the previous examples.

In particular, the fundamental differences with the rest of the examples shown are the position of the flaps (2.2), next to the front wall (2), as well as the position of the holes (5.4), on the front face (5.3). of the cover (5).

In this way, in an operational situation, each of the holes (5.4) is superimposed on each of the flaps (2.2), leaving the holes (5.4) covered by a tab that must be removed to access the through hole and, therefore , to the corresponding tab (2.2).

In relation to Figures 5A and 5B, they show a front perspective view of the container formed by the extended flat sheet shown in Figure 1A and a rear perspective view of the container shown in Figure 5A, respectively.

In particular, Figure 5A shows a container (C), in an open position, configured from a container body (CC) and a lid (5).

As can be seen, the container (C) comprises an internal cavity, within which the first auxiliary reinforcements (1.1) are observed on the bottom (1), not shown in this figure as it is completely covered by said first reinforcements. auxiliaries (1.1).

Likewise, the front wall (2) is also observed, perpendicular to the bottom (1), not visible in the present figure, and to the first auxiliary reinforcements (1.1), and two side walls (4), perpendicular to said wall. front (2).

Finally, a rear wall (3) is observed, parallel to the front wall (2), which configures the complete perimeter of the internal cavity of the container body (CC). The container (C) thus forms a parallelepiped with a rectangular base.

Likewise, a first reinforcement (5.5) of the cover (5) is also observed, with a perimeter configuration, which is superimposed on the internal face of the cover (5) on each of the front retainers (5.3.1) of said cover (5).

The holes (5.4), as shown, are elliptical and through.

As for Figure 5B, a rear view of the same container (C) shown in Figure 5A, the second front reinforcement (2.3) of the front wall (2) of the container body (CC) is also observed, in the internal part. which corresponds to the internal cavity of said container body (CC).
