r e i v i n d i c a c i o n e s claims 1. - Aparato para vaciar cápsulas de café, en particular para el vaciado de las cápsulas de café de aluminio una vez utilizadas, separando el aluminio de la propia cápsula y del marro de café obtenido para permitir un correcto reciclado de ambos materiales, está caracterizado por comprender una base fija (2) dotada de un orificio central (3), en el que encaja una cápsula (4) de café, y de una plataforma móvil (5) de la que emerge un cilindro cónico invertido (6), de anchura inferior al cuerpo troncocónico de la cápsula (4) pero de mayor longitud que éste, que queda orientado hacia la base fija (2), presentando esta plataforma móvil (5), a través de unos medios de accionamiento (7, 8), un movimiento ascendente-descendente lineal que permite su desplazamiento desde una posición inicial, en que la plataforma móvil (5) está separada de la base fija (3) existiendo espacio suficiente entre ésta y el cilindro cónico (6) para colocar la cápsula (4) en el orificio central (3) de la base fija (2), hasta una posición final, en que la plataforma móvil (5) queda adosada a la base fija (2) y el cilindro cónico (6) penetra y traspasa el orificio central (3) de dicha base fija (2), de tal manera que, en caso de haberse colocado una cápsula (4) encajada en dicho orificio central (3), perfora y da la vuelta al cuerpo cónico de la cápsula (4) tras perforar asimismo su base plana provocando que todo el marro de café (9) contenido en la cápsula (4) caiga por gravedad a un recipiente (10) de recogida dispuesto bajo la base fija (2).1. -
