1. Disposable ashtray suitable for extinguishing smoking articles and housing ashes and / or other waste generated where the smoking process of the smoking article, characterized in that it comprises a base that continues on a lateral surface (1), where said lateral surface ( 1) delimits a receiving cavity at whose base a composition (2) is located on the inner surface thereof, comprising:

• 0.1 to 2% (weight / volume) of carrageenan;

• 0.1 to 1.5% (weight / volume) of guar gum;

• 0.1 to 2.5% (weight / volume) of agar-agar;

• 0.1 to 1.2% (volume / volume) of glycerin;

• 0.1 to 2% (volume / volume) of sorbic acid; Y

• water, in a necessary percentage until reaching 100% (volume / volume) of the composition.

2. Ashtray according to claim 1, characterized in that the composition (2) comprises at least one additional component selected from a group consisting of:

selected from a group consisting of a ceramic material, a plastic material, a metallic material, silicone and cardboard, as well as any of its combinations.

5. Ashtray according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the ashtray additionally comprises a closure structure (4) of the receiving cavity

of the ashtray, where said closing structure (4) is fixed or removable.

6. Ashtray according to claim 5, wherein said closing structure (4) comprises at least one hole suitable for facilitating the introduction of the article of

7. Ashtray according to claim 6, wherein the total number of holes is 5 to 7.
