Abstract

1. Reactor (1) de cristalización que comprende una zona (1b) de reacción, con una configuración cilíndrica, la cual se encuentra entre una zona (1a) de sedimentación, con configuración troncocónica, y una zona de descarga (1d) situada en la base inferior del reactor; una zona de salida de efluente (2) de configuración cilíndrica, situada en la base superior del reactor, unos medios de accionamiento eléctrico (6) y medios de transporte y dosificación de fluidos, caracterizado porque las paredes de la zona (1a) de sedimentación del reactor (1) presentan una doble pendiente (5), siendo una pendiente de mayor inclinación (5a) y otra de menor inclinación (5b); las paredes interiores de la zona de reacción (1b) presentan unos deflectores (4), los cuales van fijados a las mismas, en toda su altura, y un medio de agitación (3), activado por los medios de accionamiento (6), que discurre axialmente entre las bases superior e inferior del reactor (1) y porque además los fluidos de alimentación y materiales reactivos son introducidos en el reactor a través de unos conductos dosificadores (2a, 2b) separados entre sí, los cuales atraviesan la zona de reacción (1b) hasta el interior y centro del reactor (1).
